The Assistant Vice President, Affiliate & Network Advancement supports all functions and activities related to strengthening the Affiliate Network.  In close collaboration with Senior Vice President, Affiliate Network Advancement manages and develops knowledge initiatives to ensure successful knowledge sharing, data collection, systematic learning internally and with the affiliate network and stakeholders.  This position will support SVP in planning, managing and executing comprehensive and diversified Network advancement initiatives that deepens organizational sustainability and allows for strategic, mission-aligned growth.

Summary The primary responsibility of the Communications Manager for the Easterseals Transportation Group is to manage development and dissemination of all the transportation group’s communications and resources.  In addition, the Manager will provide similar support, as assigned, on select special projects that may be funded by government, corporations, foundations, or other sources on which Easterseals has a prime or sub-contractor role. The Manager will also serve as a primary author and/or editor on resources.

The Data Manager/Dashboard/Reporting Developer will report to the VP, Data and Information Management and be an integral member of a new data strategy team. The Easterseals National Office is emb.arking on an integrated data strategy for itself and its 67 affiliates, collectively known as the Network. This data strategy will establish a data collection infrastructure and reporting system and a national survey platform to collect consistent data from across the Network to advance its purpose to lead the way to 100% equity, inclusion and access for people with disabilities and the greater community.   This position will support the development of new dashboards and database structure as new information or priorities emerge.  In addition, this position will monitor current reports data sets as part of a quality assurance process identifying any potential issues either with the data set itself or connectivity issues related to system design.  A critical role, as the system evolves, this person will be responsible for updating and maintaining documentation related to data governance, reporting calculations and standards based on standard system protocols and Easterseals operating procedures.

The senior director, digital direct response marketing will lead all digital direct response marketing strategy and operations for Easterseals. Easterseals is at a critical point in building its digital fundraising ecosystem and we are looking for an industry expert to come in and own the development of all digital fundraising channels. This role will work closely with the offline direct response marketing team as well as other leaders in the development, marketing, and finance departments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys a clean slate and is willing to not only learn and evolve with the organization but help to lead the transformation.   We are looking for someone who… • Is a naturally curious, self-starter who makes a habit of asking relevant questions • Pays attention to detail but does not let over-analysis or perfectionism prevent you from meeting deadlines or acting with urgency when necessary • Knows how to keep it simple so audiences easily understand • Looks beyond the data to application • Is willing to develop an understanding of the staff, services, operations, and clients of the Easterseals Network to bring context to survey development and value to data analysis • Sees ambiguity as an opportunity     RESPONSIBILITIES - This position is not an academic research position, but seeks to use data to drive business outcomes - Manage survey lifecycle from development to distribution to analysis - Develop surveys that provide actionable insights, demonstrate outcome and impact, connect to business outcomes, and track NPS and KPIs through standardized methodologies, question sequence and phrasing, and application of data governance policies - Analyze survey data and deliver in various easy-to-understand formats, such as Excel charts, graphs, as well as reports, presentations, visualizations, dashboards, and infographics - Serve as an administer for the SoGoSurvey platform including user management - Train and support both National and Affiliate staff on using the survey platform including creating documentation, delivering training, answering questions, etc. - Integrate survey data with internal (e.g., staffing, services, service locations, etc.) and external (e.g., census, demographic, geographic, economic, etc.) data sets to further insights - Develop method for longitudinal insights to understand the outcome and impact of Easterseals initiatives while allowing for the ability to forecast new trends or areas of opportunities for the Easterseals network Confidently communicate findings to stakeholders, e.g., executive leadership, donors, funders, policymakers, etc. - Use data to identify where business value can be created and provide recommendations As the organization evolves, lead more complex survey and research projects   QUALIFICATIONS   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
